How long does delivery take?

For the listed European destinations, checkout currently shows 3–7 working days for standard and 1–3 working days for express delivery. Most other supported destinations show 5–10 and 2–5 working days. The exact estimate and charge are visible before payment.

How do I return an item?

Submit the public return request form within 30 days after delivery and wait for the correct return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and protective packaging. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; there is no restocking fee.

Choose €300, €500, €750, €1,000 or €1,500. After confirmed payment, the bearer code appears on the protected order confirmation. Gift cards require no shipping, are limited to five per order, and are excluded from MEMBER20.

The site uses country.is to estimate only a country from the request IP, then stores the preference in the browser. It does not request precise location. You can override the country in the header or checkout at any time.

Where do I enter card details?

After the final EUR total is shown and you select Pay Now, card details are entered on the payment provider's encrypted hosted page. This storefront does not store full card numbers or security codes.
